Expedition Fall 2024!

Expedition is for Kindergarten-5th graders. 

If you have a preschool aged child (birth-5yrs), you must be on campus and attending an equipping class or group to register your preschooler for programming. You can register yourself and your preschooler in group finder. 

Each session, campuses will offer different expedition tracks to help kids grow in their walk with Jesus in fun and creative ways. Tracks will change each session. 

Expedition Track 1: God and Science (Discovering God’s good creation)

Have you ever wondered how God and science work together? Did you know that God Himself is the ultimate Scientist? In God and science, we’ll explore how the people, places, animals, and space that make up science point us right to God Himself! We MIGHT just do a few science experiments along the way!  

Expedition Track 2: Kids Worship Team (Learning worship dance motions) 

If you love praising God and dancing, then this track is for you! The Kids Worship Team combines these two things to show you how you can praise God through learning moves that go along to worship songs. You’ll also learn what it means to worship, why we worship and how we can worship!

Expedition Track 3: Discover the Bible (Geared for younger elementary) 

Do you ever feel like the bible is hard to understand? You’re not alone! In Discover the Bible, you’ll learn more about God’s Word, the parts that make it up, and learn about the people God used to write the bible! The best part is that you’ll learn these things through fun and high-energy games! This track is geared for our Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade friends! 

Expedition Track 4: Jesus and the World (Missions Expedition Track) 

The world is a pretty big place. Did you know that God’s Plan by sending Jesus to save us was for the whole world? In Jesus and the World, you’ll learn how the mission of God is not just for us, but for everyone around the world! 

Expedition Track 5: How to Study the Bible (Geared for older elementary)

Have you ever wanted to dive deeper into God’s Word? In How to Study the Bible, you’ll do just that! You’ll learn how to read God’s Word by studying it together and working through one book of the bible and a couple of chapters each week. This track is geared for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade friends! 

Expedition Track 6: Art Studio (Creatively memorizing God’s Word)

Wait a minute–you like art? We do too! This track might just be for you! In Art Studio, you’ll use art to learn how to memorize God’s Word and hide it in your hearts. If creating awesome art is what you love to do, you won’t want to miss Art Studio! 

Each Expedition session lasts 6 weeks. Registration for each session is separate. Registering your child for session 1 does not automatically register them for session 2. 

For Fall 2024 Expedition:

Session 1 registration opens August 5.

Session 2 registration opens September 16. 

You can find the dates and times for each session by clicking on the campus you would like to register for. 

It is encouraged for kids to attend as many weeks as they can to ensure they get the most out of their experience. Sessions last 6 weeks each, and you will register for 1 session at a time. If only 1 of the session’s works for your family's schedule, we encourage you to register for that session. If you register for both and have to miss 1 or 2 weeks, it is ok! Your child can jump back in. If you register and realize that your child can no longer attend, reach out and let us know so we can invite another child to participate in their absence. 

Upon registration, you will have the option to purchase an Expedition backpack! Your child can bring that each week with their bible inside.

Some tracks will be using workbooks that we provide to you. Your child will need to bring that back with them each week until the track is complete.
